4. Bread Business Course 
A) Basic Bread Class
You will learn how to make 10 different bread types

Weekend  2 Saturdays

B)  Advance Bread Class
You will learn how to make 15 different types, tips and business class.
Weekdays One Week
Weekend 6 Saturdays

5. PASTRY CHEF COURSE 
Student will be taught the different technique of professional breads, Pastry, pies, Cakes, sugar artistry as well as develop professionalism in preparations, methods, plating techniques and cost control for baked products, specialty cakes, classic dessert and food safety.
Weekdays 14 weeks
Weekend  16 Saturdays
